The Top 20 Stupid Faces Made By Patrick Swayze in Ghost

This is what happens when drugs are not readily available to the general public. One gal goes out and tries to watch Patrick Swayze in Ghost but finds there are no DVD's available for the flick. Then she hits up iTunes and downloads the video for $10. This already seems like too much trouble to us.

Thankfully there is good news if you follow the light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks to the technology of CTRL + Print Screen we can now start the debate of which of the following 20 images is the stupidest face made by Patrick Swayze. We dig #2.
